What happens if my flight is late?
No stress! We track your flight live and the driver waits automatically for free.
How do I find my driver?
Your driver will wait for you right outside the airport exit door holding a sign with your name. If lost, just WhatsApp us.
When do I pay for my transfer?
You can either pay immediately with 3D Secure or choose Book Now, Pay Later. If you choose Book Now, Pay Later, your card will be automatically charged 48 hours before your transfer. Payment to the driver is not available.
Are child seats free?
Yes! Completely free. Just select them during booking.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is final and includes tolls, parking, and taxes.
Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No, there is no need to print anything. Just show the digital voucher or confirmation on your smartphone directly to your driver.
