How is the exact transfer price calculated?
Select your hotel from our list. The binding fixed price for your VIP minivan is then shown immediately.
Are the prices per person?
No. The displayed price is per vehicle for up to six passengers in total.
When and how do I pay?
You pay the confirmed total to the driver in cash. No credit card is required for booking.
Can I book a VIP minibus?
Yes. Request a VIP minibus for up to ten passengers directly via WhatsApp. We also check your luggage volume.
What if my hotel is not found?
Use the WhatsApp button shown in the hotel search. We will personally check the hotel, region and price.
How much do child seats cost?
Child seat 9–18 kg, booster seat and infant carrier each cost €5. You can reserve up to three seats in total.
Can I register special items?
Yes. You can add a stroller, walker, foldable wheelchair or golf bag in step two.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the airport pickup accordingly.
Can I book Hotel → Airport?
Yes. Select Hotel → Airport in step one and enter your requested pickup time.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your fixed price appears after hotel selection. Selected child seats are transparently added at €5 each.
