Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, contracts, services and mediation services offered through this website.

Tours & Activities
Airport Transfers
Private Tours
Concierge & Lifestyle Services
Aesthetic & Lifestyle Mediation Services

Contract Conclusion & Booking

Bookings are completed online through the website booking system.

The contract becomes valid once the booking process is completed and a booking confirmation is issued to the customer.

Customers receive a booking confirmation by email after a successful booking.

Payment Terms

Pay Now

Full payment is required during the booking process. The booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

Book Now, Pay Later

Credit card details are stored securely. The amount is automatically charged 48 hours before the service starts.

Cancellation Policy & No-Show

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the service start for eligible bookings.

After the cancellation deadline has passed, cancellation charges may apply.

No-show results in the loss of service without refund.

Scope of Services & Changes

Service details are defined on the respective product page. The description, duration, inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated before booking.

Minor operational, weather-related or safety-related changes may occur. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible and reasonable alternatives will be offered where feasible.

Insurance & Safety

All services are provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements and safety standards.

Customers are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses and personal liability for the duration of their stay.

Concierge, Lifestyle & Medical Services (Mediation)

Certain services are offered through selected external partners and service providers.

Contracts for those services are concluded directly with the respective service provider.

This website acts solely as an intermediary where applicable and is not responsible for the execution or quality of external partner services.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

External partner services remain the responsibility of the respective provider. Any claims regarding such services must be directed to the provider in question.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the website Privacy Policy.

Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction: The competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under applicable Turkish law.
