Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, contracts and services offered through this website.

Services may include:

Tours & activities
Airport transfers
Private tours

Contract & Booking

Bookings are made online through the booking system on this website.

The contract is concluded when the booking is completed and the booking confirmation is received.

Customers receive a confirmation by e-mail after a successful booking.

Provision of services

Some services are provided by Lamilka Tour with its own vehicles and staff.

Other services are carried out by licensed partner companies appointed by Lamilka Tour.

In both cases, Lamilka Tour is the customer's contracting party. All claims arising from the booking are directed to Lamilka Tour.

Payment Terms

For tours and activities, full payment is made during the booking process. Airport transfers require no advance payment and are paid in cash to the driver.

Tours and activities are confirmed immediately after successful payment. Airport transfer bookings are confirmed immediately without advance payment.

Online card payments for tours and activities are processed by the payment provider iyzico. Lamilka Tour does not store full card numbers or security codes on its own servers.

All prices are in Euro (EUR).

Cancellation & No-Show

Tours, activities and airport transfers

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the service.

For bookings paid online, a timely cancellation results in a full refund to the same payment method used for the booking. Airport transfers require no advance payment, so no refund is necessary.

After the cancellation deadline, paid bookings are non-refundable.

Private tours

Free cancellation is not available for private tours, as vehicle, driver and guide are reserved individually.

These different conditions are shown before the booking is completed.

No-show

A no-show results in loss of the service without refund.

Services & Changes

Service details are defined on the relevant product page. Description, duration, inclusions and optional extras are clearly stated before booking.

Minor operational, weather-related or safety-related changes are possible. In such cases, customers are informed as soon as possible and reasonable alternatives are offered.

Insurance & Safety

All services are provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements and safety standards.

Partner companies used hold the licences and insurance required for their services.

Customers are advised to take out personal travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical costs and personal liability.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction: The competent courts and enforcement authorities are determined by applicable Turkish law.
